Spend a few minutes each day strengthening your professional development with these questions and exercises.

  1. Morning 5 minutes:

    • Ask: Which of my key priorities can I realistically accomplish today/this week?
    • How much time will this activity take?
    • Schedule the time in your calendar

  3. Evening 5 Minutes:

    • What went well in my day?
    • What challenges did I face and how did I deal with them?
    • What did I learn?
    • Who/what do I appreciate? What feedback can I share with others?
